· Title/Tenancy Agreement/Offer Letter Memorandum of
Transfer where applicable
· Consent Letter from Partner (if any)
· Business Registration Document (if registered under a
company name)
· Company stamp (if registered under a company name)

The contract can only be signed by
the rightful owner.

Payment of Collateral Deposit under
the new contract.

Stamp Duty (RM10.00 per contract).
